Create Calm by Painting this Mandala

In this workshop I will guide you through painting (or colouring) this mandala start to finish, and the template is included so no drawing is required on your end!
And no, you don’t have to be an artist or even have any artistic ability at all. Beginners Welcome!!

I created this for myself in the midst of a high anxiety moment, and I know this process works for me to shift my racing thoughts into being present and at a state of being calm. I invite you to join me and discover an easy way to shift your thoughts.
Art Supplies Needed:
– Preferably some kind of paint. In the video I use 5 colours plus black. If you don’t have paint, you could colour with pencil crayons/markers etc, but I encourage you to give paint a try!
Several sheets of paper for your art. Or an art journal.
You can break this up into short 10-20 minutes sessions. OR If you were to sit down and do it start to finish my best guess would be to set aside an 60 to 90 minutes, but this depends how detailed you want to be with your creation.
