The salty tang of the ocean air fills your nostrils as you are surrounded by the rush of the wind against your cold cheeks. Your feet slip a little as you walk through the deep dry sand heading towards the waves crashing up on shore. You hear the seagulls bicker and you look around to find where they are through the light mist that surrounds you. You spot them and your heart soars as you also see an otter poke it's head up in the distance.
You sit in front of the fire you built. You feel the warmth on your legs as you stare deeply into the flames. Your eyes follow the cadence of the moving flames as the occasional spark pops and disappears. Sitting near the glowing warmth, you feel a deep primal need is satiated, and you revel in your newfound wisdom.

An open heart is a symbol of connection, love, light, giving and receiving. When your heart is open you will be more aware and better able to make decisions about how to react in all the situations you find in your life.
I see a vibrant red image that symbolises an anatomical heart, a phoenix and a tulip all opening and unfolding allowing love and peace into your life.
Daffodils, tulips and magnolias starting to bloom and you are filled with the excitement of new possibilities, outcomes and mindsets. The colours blur when you spin around, arms outspread, welcoming the bliss filled start of spring.
Looking into the distance, you can see the rain clouds forming. The soft, gentle greys and blues create a sheet of cloud and you think of the freshness and newness the rain brings. You take a deep breath and you can smell the delectable rain in the air.
Sitting by a frosty window pane, the diffused light is bright. The stillness captures your eye and you take a moment, mesmerised by the light. You stop breathing just for a second and pause completely captivated in wordlessness.
A symbol of hope and strength, the Gingko tree is one of the oldest tree species. It is one of my favourite trees as it’s uniquely shaped leaves are always catching the breeze sending leaf whispers through the air.
